Peru ANACCAFE | Light-Medium Roast

The ANACCAFE comes from a co-op of farmers located in the town of Cococho in the Amazonas region of Peru. The co-oop, as it is today, was established in 2010 and is now certified as Fair Trade and Organic.
 
A cup carries a mild acidity, medium body, and smooth notes of nuts, flowers, and gentle fruit.
